It was announced today that the critically acclaimed news gathering and reporting periodical The Onion has made an official offer to buy out the online filmmaking and photography blog Dare Dreamer Magazine. Editor Joe Randazzo was reported as saying, “Ron’s razor sharp commentary in articles like Photographers Should Go the Way of the Dinosaur and The Top 5 Reasons Citizen Kane is Crap is just the kind of brave, provocative, and out-of-the-box thinking we like here at The Onion. It’ll make an excellent addition to our repertoire. We just hope Ron accepts our offer.”
As of the writing of this press release, Ron could not be reached for comment as he’s off spending time with his family for the Christmas season. Stay tuned to this blog for further developments.
